Susanne Feusi was very helpful and extremely responsive both through emails and phone calls. She is patient and cares about her customers. She shows that she cares about her customers. I look forward to doing business with her in the future.

Great travel agent!  Went to Cabo and didn’t have to plan a thing. Everything was all inclusive and very affordable. Stayed at a great resort and loved it. Will be using Susanne for all of my future trips.

We just got back from our first vacation booked through vacation brat. I say first because from now on I’ll call Susanne for all of our vacation/travel needs. Making travel arrangements can become overwhelming, do yourself a favor and call Susanne….she’s amazing!!

OMG. Susanne is the best. It is SO stressful planning a vacation and budgeting and comparing prices and finding excursions and transportation and flights and i was SO overwhelmed planning my wedding and had no idea how in the world i was going to plan my honeymoon and then Susanne came into my life 🙂 She literally asked When do I want to go, where do i want to go, for how long and what was my budget. I told here mexico, one week, june, CHEAP. She sent back 5 links to different resorts, all inclusive with airfare, price, amenities, photos, etc and i picked the one i liked and that was that! Small deposit of $200 and was able to make payments up until the month before we left and it was SEAMLESS. she even helped plan excursions throughout the trip. I recommend her to everyone and I will never plan my own trip again lol

I have never used a travel agent before i met Susanne. I was referred to her from a friend of mine. I emailed Susanne and let her know what i was wanting and where I was wanting to go, she then emailed me back with links and quotes to all kinds of different resorts. My husband and I picked one and then she took over from there. She is wonderful!!! I have had no stress to prepare for my amazing vacation. I have referred her to many friends and family members and I will continue to do so and I will continue to use her for all of our vacations.

I have done a lot of traveling in my life, and speaking from experience, it can be one headache after another. Working with Susanne has been such a Joy. She takes away all the guess work, and stress of planning the perfect vacation. She is a people person, and genuinely cares about my vacation needs. I havent really ever used a travel agent, but had a super complicated travel schedule where I was interested in going to Cabo, Fiji, and Australia and by luck I found vacation brat. Susanne was able to get me 3 different quotes surprisingly fast and was super easy to talk to and get info from.  I highly advise using her in lieu of todays modern search engine travel agencies where you cant talk to an actual person to get specific travel info.
